am an Hotel manager I want to visit China for touristic purposes what are the procedures

You should apply for a tourist L type visa. First, prepare the required documents:
1. Your passport and copy of its data page
2. The application form attached with a recently-taken passport-style color photo
3. Round trip air tickets and accommodation booking record
Next, submit your application to the embassy of PRC in Sierra Leone to apply for it.
