do i need to exit china on the visa expiration day?

I have 6 months multiple entry tourist L type. It is valid until march 22. It is my first time to have multiple entry permit. I dont know exactly how it works. I first entered PRC using this entry permit on october 9 last year.

Hi Grace, with this multiple entry L type, you can enter China anytime you like as long as the L type is valid and you can stay a FULL stay duration each time after you enter. That means even if you enter on March 22, you can still stay for the allowed stay duration.
