Female born on sept 15,1982. Have thought of leaving current company for a higher position on the next company. Will I be successful in getting the job and salary I want. And will it be in my current company or next company to be employed?

If your current position is kinda of creative job, you are going to enjoy a slight promotion. Otherwise, you are suggested to change a job. In the new company, you will get higher position and more salary.
