What type of visa do I need ?

I am from Durban South Africa
I am flying to Hong Kong from Johannesburg
Will be staying overnight
I am embarking on a cruise ship leaving that day

As far as I know, South African citizens enjoy a 30-day free entry to Hong Kong, so I don't think you need to get a transit permit for this layover at Hong Kong.
