where is the location of the Disneyland in Shanghai and Hong Kong

what transportation available to/from?

The park in SH is located at Chuansha New Town, Pudong New District. When opened, there will be subway line 11 and several city buses leading there.
The one in HK is located on Lantau Island near the airport. It is connected with metro Disneyland Resort Line.
