compulsory requirements for tourist visa applicaion to china (kunming)

Hi Sir,I will be traveling to Kunming in very soon. Please let me know the required parameters for applying process. The reason for traveling is that I am just a fresh staff of the organization which HQ is located at Kunming and going to have a visit to HQ. The authorized person sent me a mail to take a visit. Thant, if so, you should apply for a business M type. You should prepare those documents first which include your passport and copy of its data page, the application form attached with a passport-style color photo, the copy of your identity card, and the invitation letter issued by the authorized person. And then submit your application to the embassy of PRC in Burma to apply for it.
