About:Postage Rate of China Post International Parcels

Large Parcel from China to Australia

Hello, would I be correct in saying that size restriction for a large parcel to Australia is restricted to a 'Standard 2' size? Also is its weight restricted to 30 or 20kg via SAL? Also is that weight calculated for the item itself, or the item including the packaging it is in? If I was to ship a item such as a Vase from PRC to Australia via SAL that fit the size requirements of Standard 2 and was at a weight of 20kg would I be correct in saying that the cost using the above calculations would be: Large Package To Australia CNY117.2 (Rate for weight not over 1kg) + CNY1014.6 (53.4 X 19) (for the additional 19kg's it is over 1kg) = 1131.8?

Yes, the postal fare is around CNY 1131.8. According to what I know, you also should pay for the charges for packing and box. By the way, you'd better confirm with the post office if vase is accepted because it's too fragile.
