About:Hong Kong - Zhongshan Ferry

Can I get an entry visa on arrival at Jiuzhou Port by ferry from Hong Kong? I am UK passport holder.

I have purchased HK to Zhuhai ferry ticket I will only visit the city for 1 day/night

Can I get restriceted China visa at port of entry ?
