A Canadian citizen with valid passport. I am travelling to various places in Asia, Australia and Indonesia. Will be returning home from Singapore with Singapore airlines with a 12 hour layover in PEK. I will be connecting in PEK with Air Canada returning to Toronto. Do I qualify for the 24 hour free transit to see PEK. Thank-you
