You can take bus at Nanpu Bridge Tourist Dispatch Center (add: No. 1588 Waimailu) to Banshengdong Port and then change a boat to Putuoshan. The bus is available every one hour from 7:00 to 17:00 amd the bus fare is CNY138 per person. You can take luggage with you.
