Putuoshan Island

Hi, what is the best way to travel from Shanghai to Putuoshan Island? And where to buy the tickets? Can I carry luggage with me?

You can take bus at Nanpu Bridge Tourist Dispatch Center (add: No. 1588 Waimailu) to Banshengdong Port and then change a boat to Putuoshan. The bus is available every one hour from 7:00 to 17:00 amd the bus fare is CNY138 per person. You can take luggage with you.

You can purchase the bus ticket at Nanpu Bridge Tourist Dispatch Center on the spot, but the ticket availability can not be guaranteed on that day. Or you may reserve the tickets in advance.
