About:China Green Card (Permanent Residence Permit)

Loss of Permanent Residence Permit

I have lost my Permanent Residence Permit. I mean the piece of white paper, not the one you stick in the passport as a visa. I have my passport with the Permanent Residence Permit as a sticker, but that white paper I got after I took my passport back from the Entrance-Exit Office? Gone. What do I do now? What papers are needed to take another one? I live in Jinan.

You should report your situation to the local PSB and apply for a new permanent residence permit. The required documents contain your passport, the loss certificate, 5 recently-taken bareheaded color photos, and the filled-out application form.
