About:China Visa

work permit for Q2 visa holders

I'm Nigerian am married to Chinese am having Q2 type and i want to have a life with my wife here in china. please i need your advice on this i will be grateful, reply me.

Peter, you should first find a company to employ you and then the employer will apply for the work permit (foreign employment permit) and an invitation letter from a duly authorized unit for you. Excluding the work permit and invitation letter, you also need to provide your passport, the application form and the temporary accommodation registration form. Afterwards, go to the exit and entry administration of the local PSB to try to change your current Q2 type to work Z type.
