About:China Visa

Is Prosperity medical clinic, Manila is accredited by China embassy in the Philippines.

Dear, usually, the accredited hospitals should be state-run public ones. So if the Prosperity medical clinic is a state-run public hospital, I think it may be okay. You can contact the embassy for confirmation.
