How to process student visa?

Hello, I got my admission notice, Jw202 Form from my school and China then I wanna know if I can go direct to Philippines embassy or I need to file an application form before I go there?
And how to process the fee? Thank you plsss help me ...

You don’t need to file an application form before you go there.
You should prepare the required documents first which contain the completed application form with a passport-sized color photo glued, your passport and copy of its data page, the admission notice and JW202 form. And then submit your application to the embassy of PRC in Philippines to apply for it.
You should pay the fee when you collect your passport and you should pay in cash. It usually charges 1400 pesos.

Thank you for helping me, after I pay the 1400 to collect my passport and documents how many weeks do I need to wait to check if I got the X type? And also is that all I can pay for the fee?

Dear, it usually takes 4 working days to get the X type which is on your passport. 1400 pesos are all you need to pay.
