I'm afraid high speed train is unavailable to either of the cities. But, you can take a direct ordinary train to FS from Hung Hom Railway Station. The train departs at 10:52, and the trip takes about 3 hours. Or take a direct cross-border coach to reach from Wan Chai, Prince Edward, Mongkok, Tsim Sha Tsui, and other sites.
