About:Guangzhou East Railway Station

How to cancel GZ East railway ticket?

I have train at GZ east railway station towards Humg Hom, hongkong morning 8:19am, I am not sure if I miss it, can i use the same one for another similar ride or do i need to cancel it right now? Kindly reply ASAP.

You can only make the change more then 6 hours in advance. Once it being changed, it cannot be refund anymore. If you cancel it more than 6 hours in advance, you may get refund around 50%.
