About:China Transit Visa

Go out of airport within transit period

I am from Malaysia, I will transit by shanghai airport for 6 hours, I understand that I have 24-hour-free transit, but can I go out of airport?

Kiki, you can go out of the airport, but you need to apply for a temporary stay permit at the airport and it’s free.
