About:China Customs Declaration

hello I'm tanishq. is carrying protein powder allowed?

if yes how much weight can I carry? I study I guangxi medical university, nanning. and will it be a problem in the plane?

tanishq, you can carry protein powder in your checked luggage. There is no detailed requirement on how many bottles you can carry. However, according to the rule, foreigners can take things whose value shouldn't exceed CNY 2000 if they have no intention to take them back again. So I think shouldn't exceed this limit.
