apply for a z visa in perth

Hello.I have an job offer to work as a teacher in China and the Chinese School is willing to sponsor my Z type. I am from Portugal and i would like to know if i can apply to the Z type in the Consulate of PRC in Perth. Currently i am not in Australia or in Portugal but i would like to Apply to Z type in Perth.Note: If is possible to do that in Perth, can you give me an idea of: 1- the time that takes the process until they granted me the Z type and give my passport back 2- documents that i will need to bring with me 3- fees of the whole processKind regards,Paulo

Hi Paulo! If you apply from Perth, it takes four working days for the process in normal cases. You will need to submit your passport, a photocopy of the first page of your passport, the original and photocopy of your entry permit to Perth, a work license and an invitation letter from Duly Authorized Unit. You need to pay $99.5 in total.
