Gluten free flour in checked baggage

I'm gluten intolerant and it's a bit of a nightmare finding anything gluten free in Chengdu, where I'll be staying for a while. Can I take a bag of gluten-free flour in hand-luggage or checked luggage or is its white powdery consistency going to raise too many alarm bells?

I'm Celiac and living in Beijing. As long as it's still in its original, unopened packaging, you should be just fine.
