Do you refer to Pudong Airport? If yes, there is no direct public transportation until nowadays. But in the near future, the airport will have direct train or bus to there directly.
Now, you can take subway line 2 to get to Chuansha Station, Exit 1 first. Then transfer to bus no. Chuansha 4 to Jinjiacun Station. After that, walk southwest around 800 yards (730 meters). Notably, the scenic area won't open until the middle of 2016.
In addition, most hotels nearby the airport are expensive. So if you wanna tour around for several days, you can find a hotel or guesthouse nearby Disneyland or in downtown area.

Thank you Steve. I am an older lady so need convenient transportation.

Would you know if there will be any hotels in the city which will offer shuttle bus service to the park? In Tokyo you can find hotels linked to the complex, others close-by (you need to catch the monorail to the entry) and then there are some hotels in the city that are 'partners'.

I intend visiting in late November or early December this year.

Well, I cannot find many information about direct hotel shuttle buses to the park because the park doesn't open. But it's reported that the subway Disney Resort Line (line 11) will operate this year. Tourists can take this to get to the park conveniently. :)
