What markets did you refer to? If you meant wholesale markets in Guangzhou, Yiwu and other cities, they are usually closed from December 25th to January 15th on Chinese lunar calendar. According to solar calendar, they might be closed from Feb.3 to 22, 2016. For your reference only. They might be open early.3
