I am US passport and my sister is French passport holder, we take a cruise from Singapore to Shanghai, and from Shanghai cruise ship terminal transfer to Pudong airport, I fly back US and my sister fly back to France the same day, do we need to apply for 24 hours direct transit, and how can we apply ?
