can some one travel for business on 22nd of February 2016 when the festival is starting by 8 feb?

Ken, perhaps you might come for business after Feb. 22. Yes, I know it's Lantern Festival. Traditionally, Chinese New Year ends when the Lantern Festival is over. However, to play it safe, you might come after Lantern Festival.4
