Has the fast ride opened yet from beijng to Hong Kong? If not, what is the best way to get to Hong Kong by rail from Beijng - via Shenzhen or via Guangzhou?

Up to now, there is no hi speeds between, both Shenzhen and Guangzhou is possible for connection. If for Shenzhen, you may take the MTR to Lok Ma Chau and the to Shenzhen North for the rail to Beijing. If you choose the guangzhou option, you may go by rail from Hung Hom to Guangzhou east and transfer to Guangzhou south for the ride to Beijing.
