About:Kunming Airport Transportation

Is hours on metro line 6 between kunming airport and east bus station extended to start from 7am?

Yes, you are right. The subway starts operation from 07:00 to 19:05.

How long will it take from Changshui Airport to East Coach Station by subway and what is the fare?
And from East Coach Station to KM Railway Station and the fare?
Will it be cheaper and faster to travel direct from Airport to Railway Station by bus?

The subway fare is CNY 5, and the trip takes about 20 minutes. Then, you can take bus line 60 from East Coach Station to Kunming Railway Station for CNY 2 (about 1 hour).

Please note that Subway Line 6 is closed currently. So, it will be much more convenient to take shuttle bus line 2 from the airport to Kunming Railway Station. The trip takes about 1 hour, and the fare is CNY 25. :)
