About:How to Refund / Cancel a China Train Ticket

Attention

I would like to ask you if I buy a ticket by agency and I wanna refurn it . Can I contact the agency or I go any train station to get my refurn ? Thx

You'd better contact the agency to cancel it for you. You can also use the pick-up No. to return it at station by yourself.
