I want to go to Ta-Ya Taichung from Taipei Airport.

Kindly tell me an easiest way to go.

You are starting from Taoyuan Airport, right? Upon landing, you may take bus line 1961 Taipei Railway Station at no. 3, West Beiping Road. After that, take a high speed train to Taichung (about 1 hour). Upon arrival, take a city bus line 156 to your destination. ;-)
