You are starting from Taoyuan Airport, right? Upon landing, you may take bus line 1961 Taipei Railway Station at no. 3, West Beiping Road. After that, take a high speed train to Taichung (about 1 hour). Upon arrival, take a city bus line 156 to your destination. ;-)
