You should apply for the passport at the embassy of Philippines in PRC. The first thing is to prepare those documents containing the baby’s birth certificate, parents’ passports, or residence permits in PRC (original and copy), your marriage certificate (original and copy), the written statement from parents, 4 recently-taken bareheaded color photos, and the application form. Afterwards, submit the application to the embassy to apply for it.
