The service fee CNY40 is only charged for online booking?

Is there service fee if I buy the ticket at the train station?

If you book the tickets with us, you need pay CNY40 as service charge. If you buy it at station by yourself, there is no service charge. However, the work staff of station dosen't speak English. It depends on you.
