Karim, you should apply for a M type. It requires the invitation letter from the meeting host. The embassy might ask for the invitation letter issued by duly authorized Chinese unit sometimes. It can be acquire from the local foreign affairs office. Of course, your passport, application form, passport photo and your resident permit are required.

The embassy provides three kinds of service. The express service allows you to pick up on the fifth working day. The rush service enables you to receive on the third working day.

A single entry one costs UAH 600. The express fee is UAH 450 and the rush service fee is UAH 600.

Also, I can applying General Consulate Of PRC in Odessa, I need to make it Personally??? Also for pick up it can be through delivery passport or I must go to the Consulate for pick up

Karim, if you want to apply for tourist L type, you need to provide your passport and copy of its data page, the application form attached with a passport-sized color photo, your permanent residence permit in Ukraine, as well as the round trip air tickets and hotel reservation.
If the area you live in belongs to the consular district of the General Consulate of PRC in Odessa, you can apply from there.
Usually, there is no delivery service. You can pick it up by yourself or you can entrust someone to get it for you.
