Identity Verification Policy

After submitting a purchase order for a train ticket, how do we know for sure that we have passed the required identity verification? I am just a bit confused how this policy, as it seems pretty complicated. Any help is appreciated. Thanks.

If you mean booking it online via a booking agent, the verification problemis on their side. Like this website, you only need to offer the passport copy of passengers.
