Will I get new job with good salary in 2016?

I am praveen (male) born on 1st December 1983. I am very frustrated in my current job, inspite of working hard and giving my devotion, I am not getting paid well. On the other hand, I am applying in other companies for a job. But I am not getting through. Please advise will I succeed in getting a new job with good salary in 2016?

Well, if you are fed up with your current job, you can start to find another one. It's said that you will have some opportunities. When you take your new job, please work hard. Then you will be able to earn more money.
