best way to move from Helan Hotel in Chengdu to Shuangliu int. airport

Hi dear,
the 18 January I need to go to the airport to fly to Thailand. I stay at Helan hotel South taisheng road branch( the adress is kangzhuang Street, qingyang district). So, what is the best way to go to CTU (subway or bus or other?)? what can be the cost for a taxi?
How many time in every way to go to the airport?
