About:Embassy of D. R. Congo in China

I am a student in China and my passport is gonna expire on April of this year.

Hi, my name is Axel from DR Congo. It been two months that I have been calling the Embassy of DR Congo in Beijing and they always telling me that they don't have the machine to take photo since December, and now I am running out of time, I really need to renew my passport, what should I do? or Can I go to the Embassy of DRC in japan? because I can't get back to DR Congo at this time. Any idea I will appreciate.

Did you ask if you can provide the passport on your own? If not, then you have no choice but go to your embassy in another country to do the renewal.

No, I have to provide the passport on my own. I think I have no choice I will go to Japan then..
