Is the spring festival a good time to visit? Is there snow at that time? Some suggestions about shoes/clothes?

Well, the temperature may range from -5 F to 1 F during that period of time, extremely chilly cold.  There is possibility of snow. You need to prepare down jackets, sweaters, long johns, pants and boots to keep warm. It will bring some inconveniences to climb the mountain.Generally speaking, the suggested sightseeing time is June to October.
