Application for China Citizenship

I was born in PRC and brought to Malaysia by grand parents when I was six months old. I'm now 58 year sold. My parents, brothers and sisters are living in PRC. Currently, I'm stateless and belong to "NO" country. My father passed away early last year. Kindly advise the procedure for the application of PRC Citizenship.

Nationality Law Of PRC
(Adopted at the Third Session of the Fifth National People's Congress, promulgated by Order No. 8 of the Chairman of the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress on and effective as of
September 10, 1980) Article 4
Any person born in PRC whose parents are both Chinese nationals or one of whose parents is a PRC national shall have PRC nationality.

Looking forward to receiving your reply. Thank you.

Hey, if you want to apply for Chinese citizenship, you need to provide the following documents:
1. your application
2. the passport and residence permit
3. the completed application form of Joining Chinese Nationality
4. the relationship certificate between your parents, brothers, or sisters and you(your birth certificate etc)
5. other documents required by the consular officers or the exit and entry administration consider it necessary
But according to what you said, you are stateless. It’s very hard. You can contact with the embassy of PRC and see what they suggest.
