Is there any regulations against shipping trees/plants in Nanjing?

I'm planning to take young trees with me from Nanjing > Hongkong > dubai > Bahrain (my final destination).
they're about 1 meter long and I'm planning to pack them in the check-in luggage.

According to what I know, most countries in the world don't allow people to carry plants in. So I am afraid that you can't take your tree to HK, Dubai and Bahrain.
