Career landscape in 2016 and plans for change

2015 was not very nice for me. Now there is reorganization and I don't know what will happen to me. due to the uncertainty, I am thinking of leaving this workplace. Is this wise? Do I get promoted in 2016. Do I still enjoy the trust and confidence of my superiors.
I was born April 30, 1961 and I have a small son also an Ox born in 2009.
