Question

2015 was not very nice for me. Now there is reorganization and I don't know what will happen to me. due to the uncertainty, I am thinking of leaving this workplace. Is this wise? Do I get promoted in 2016. Do I still enjoy the trust and confidence of my superiors.I was born April 30, 1961 and I have a small son also an Ox born in 2009.Much thanks...Mari Joy

Mari, you can change a job this year if you are dissatisfied with your current one. It's said that you will have new opportunities. I think your priority is to do very well in your new job first. Then you can seek for promotion opportunities.
