China is about the same latitude of miami. Pandas cannot stand cold weather because they are used to warm weather.

Blu, you are wrong. Chengdu is in the mountains and the natural habitat for the Pandas is cool to cold weather.  Best time to see them is Spring or Fall and not during any Chinese holidays. :)
