I'm celiac. Can I bring my own food?

Hi, I get very sick from anything with wheat or related products. Even trace amounts. I'll be in china for 1 week. Can I bring packaged foods containing rice, veggies, sauces, etc? Are there exceptions for things like packaged meat products? Maybe if I bring a note from my doctor?
Thanks for any advice you can provide!
Nick

Nick, rice, veggies and sauces are ok. But you can't take any kind of meat no matter they are cooked or uncooked.
