About:How to Apply for a China Visa

how to obtain an internship visa to China

i am a graduate who has been able to secure an internship in PRC but i am confused on which type of entry permit to apply for. moreover it is a paid internship. Can anyone please advise me on what type to apply and also the required documents? i will need frp PRC and also the required documents from my part to be a ble to secure an entry permit successfully

Dear, considering your situation, you should apply for a work Z type. First, you should ask your employer to get an invitation letter and a work permit for you. Besides, you should prepare the application form attached affixed with a recently-taken bareheaded color photo, your passport and copy of its data page. Afterwards, you should submit your application to the embassy of PRC in your home country to apply for it.

Here lies the case he tried to get the Ztype for me in PRC BUT the ENTRY-EXIT ADM refused to issue the invite and the work permit

Leo, if you cannot get Z type, you can try to apply for a business M type. But the stay duration of M type is 90 days at most.
