Travel to Haikou and Sanya, alone not group (Leisure for 10 days)

I'm Spanish working in Bodrum (Turkey)
is possible landing VISA in Haikou or Sanya...?

Dear, it’s possible for you to get it either in Haikou or Sanya and you can visit the whole province with the VOA.
