Career 2016 outlook

My husband was born on 9/08/1963. His job last year was very stressful at a young struggling company. He is looking to make a change to a new company. Do you think it will be a successful change?

Yes, he will be very lucky in his career this year. So I believe he will find a better job. If he make great efforts, he will earn a better salary.
