Travelling from Hangzhou International Terminal to Shanghai

Hi we will arrive into the airport at around 5am and wonder what will be the easiest way to travel from there to Shanghai. Would it be best to go to the train station from the airport and get the train from there to Shanghai or can we bus directly to Shanghai from the international terminal.
