What is the earliest and cheapest route to travel from yinchuan-jiuzhaigou valley?

how much it costs for an individual for the trip approximately if we go around march 22nd?

You may take a flight to Chengdu first (2 hours). The flight ticket may cost CNY500-1,200 during your travel time (fees varies from airlines). Upon arrival at Chengdu airport, you can take airport shuttle bus line 5 to Chadianzi Bus Station, and then transfer to a coach to JZG (about 8 hours). The coaches are available from 6:10 to 19:10, and the fare is CNY 157 or 174.
