Is returning to china allowed after an altercation with the police

I wasi got into trouble with the law in PRC. i went to court but was released and made to pay a fine of 1500rmb but after my situation i decided to return to my home country. as it is now i have decided to return to mainland PRC for study. will the chinese government issue me a visa

John, it’s possible for you to get PRC entry permit if you submit all the required documents.
However, if the police recorded what you did before in PRC, the chance to get your application passed may be smaller.
