Please advise on transfer from Xianyang airport to Xian Alley Youth Hostel. Thank you.

You can take airport shuttle bus Main Railway Station line to its terminal station - Longhai Hotel. Then transfer to a taxi to your hostel within 8min at a cost of around CNY13.
