I born in Feb 5, 1970. His was born in Feb 12, 1966. I discovered we are not well-matched couple.

I felt he usually criticizes me a lot.
How can I improve the situation?

Yes, you are right. You are not that matched, actually the real problem doesn’t comes from you, and you are tolerant enough for his criticism. To improve this situation, you should tell him frankly that you don't like the way he treats you, or you just move on to find another reliable man.
