April 2016 Auspicous Wedding Dates

I am planning to get married in April 2016. Which dates are auspicious? Also, do you think it is OK to get married at a memorial park that is mainly dedicated to the memory of people who served in World War II?

The dates 12, 21, 23 and 28 are good dates. Comparing to a memorial park, a normal natural landscape park may be better.
